Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Support Company: Velflex Reports To: Operations Manager Position Type: Full-time (8:00am – 4:00pm) About Velflex: Velflex is a leading supplier of high-quality heat transfer solutions for the garment decoration industry.We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative products that help our customers succeed.Position Summary: The Customer Service & Sales Support role at Velflex is vital in delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting our sales team.You'll handle customer inquiries, process orders, provide product information, and assist with sales tasks like lead generation and preparing quotes.This role offers the chance to grow into a sales position, where you'll develop skills in customer engagement and account management.You'll be key in maintaining strong customer relationships while contributing to sales success and company growth.Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.Track and follow up on sales leads.Support account management by maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems.Identify New Sales Opportunities: While assisting customers, identify potential sales opportunities or leads and pass them to the sales team.Qualify Leads: Learn how to evaluate which leads are most likely to convert into sales and how to nurture those leads.Begin taking on smaller sales targets and gradually increase responsibility as you progress.Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Manage customer accounts, including order processing, follow-ups, and after-sales support.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Product Knowledge and Training: Stay informed about the latest heat transfer products and industry trends.Provide product training and education to customers and internal team members.Represent Velflex at industry trade shows and events, promoting our products and networking with potential clients.Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the Sales Manager.Analyse customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Qualifications: Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within the garment decoration or related industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Hub Spot & Net Suite).#J-18808-Ljbffr
