This role is essential in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in office management, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Office Management: Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Oversee and manage the stocking of office supplies and liaise with vendors for any necessary repairs or equipment.Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.Liaison & Coordination: Act as the point of contact between departments and external partners. Coordinate and make necessary arrangements for events, meetings, and office functions.Travel & Errand Support: Assist in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
