Project Manager - Developer - Client Side

Key Project Details
You will be managing a two-tower apartment development in Brisbane with a project value exceeding $140m.
This project has an expected delivery period of 22-24 months, with further opportunities for growth in QLD.
Main Responsibilities
During Construction:
* Act as the Principal's Representative.
* Champion a customer-focused culture throughout the delivery process.
* Review the construction program weekly with Builders.
Fortnightly Program Review:
* Submit new construction programs for approval from the project team, client, and financiers.
Monthly Progress Claims:
* Assess progress claims with the Project QS.
* Prepare and issue Payment Certificates.
Ongoing Management:
* Maintain records of consultants' and contractors' instructions.
* Select samples and finishes with internal processes.
* Manage builders' queries (RFIs, etc.), being the first point of contact.
* Inspect work progress to minimize delays.
Completion:
* Obtain necessary certificates of practical completion and final forms.
* Ensure timely defects rectification.
* Release securities and retention funds.
* Coordinate handover manuals and O&M documents.
Requirements:
* A stable track record in the Australian property development or head contracting market.
* Trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
* Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
