Role Responsibilities
Provide second line product support via phone and emailTroubleshoot product and customer environment related issuesProvide customer product trainingProactively communicate the status of open cases including required information, progress updates, and steps for resolutionMaintain clear helpdesk ticket notes and summariesContinually improve the quality of customer support and servicesManage phone and ticket queuesRespond to system alerts.
Required Skills/Experience/QualificationsTechnical Skills Required
Functional understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, e-Directory, DNS and Group PolicyFunctional understanding of Windows, Macintosh, iOS, Android, and Chromebook devicesBasic understanding of Internet securityBasic understanding of networkingPersonal Skills Required
Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and co-workersExceptional personal, phone, and email etiquetteExcellent written communication skillsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to self-start and self-manage issues and casesPreferred Experience
Experience with web filteringGoogle G-SuiteMobile Device Management (MDM) SystemsBasic understanding of Layer 3 routingBasic understanding of Linux command lineFirewall experienceThis is a full-time, permanent role and will be based at our Canberra office.
