Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Appointment Coordinator to join their growing team in Aspley This is a newly created role designed to focus on scheduling and managing appointments for their sales team. As the first person in this position, you’ll play a key role in driving our sales success while ensuring a smooth and efficient appointment process. What You’ll Do: Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for the sales team Ensure high-quality appointments by focusing on customer engagement and appointment show-ups Track appointment outcomes and maintain accurate records in our CRM system Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their scheduling needs Achieve individual targets and contribute to the broader success of the sales department What they’re looking for: Previous experience in the automotive industry is a preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Motivated and driven, with the ability to meet performance targets Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive base salary of $75,000 OTE of $150,000 with commission based on appointment show-ups Full-time, Monday to Friday position Be a key part of a newly created role with room for growth and impact Work in a supportive and dynamic team environment For further information please contact Kirra Cude 0480 0040 950 quoting Job Number AF7855.
