Committed to improving community health and wellbeing, they are now seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dedicated team, in a newly created role. This position will offer one day work from home post the onboarding process.Job DescriptionProvide comprehensive HR advice and support to the team and wider organisation.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Assist in the recruitment process for all levels of roles.Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive organisational culture.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and industry standards.Support performance management processes, and assist with training and development initiatives.Contribute to team meetings and professional development opportunities.Carry out any other duties as required, in line with the role of a Senior HR Advisor.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:Previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR advisor related role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level problem-solving skills.High level of EQ.Experience in managing a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.What's on OfferSalary of $110K - $115K plus superannuation.An engaging and rewarding role in the not-for-profit sector.The opportunity to make a significant contribution to community health in Collingwood.A supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.Full-time role.4 days on-site and 1 at home.
