Immediate requirement for an experienced Tender & Bids Specialist.
6-month contract initially.
Duties will include: Writing all aspects of tender and bid submissions for identified opportunities Collating responses from key stakeholders required to accompany each submission and ensure high standard presentation and alignment with client expectations Assist in developing models and representations of operational proposals Assist in ensuring commercial aspects of tenders are accurate and coordinated with relevant supporting documentation Assist in maintaining a library of information which can be used as and when required Provide advice on flow, language, and presentation of responses Assist in maintaining master documents and templates Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents Skills and Qualifications High level stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised in project management, planning and scheduling.
Proven ability to quickly understand the tender documentation and requirements.
High quality written and communication skills.
Experience Minimum 5 years experience in tender or proposal writing in diverse settings Mandatory experience writing major Government bids or proposals Experience in understanding commercial and Government contracts
