4. This role offers flexibility to job share with another individual (3 days a week)
Technology is an inherent part of enabling the Reserve Bank of Australia's policy and operational objectives. With the country depending upon our systems being secure, highly resilient, and efficient, you will work within the Bank's Information Technology (IT) department and experience the capability-building opportunity to work with Australia's most critical core banking and payments platforms.
Your team
Within the Information Technology (IT) department, you will be part of our Organisational Change &munications team actively working across strategic and high impact change andmunications to transform and develop the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives. We are innovative, curious and strongly believe in delivering value, efficiency and enhanced user experience through our work that supports our IT and business partners, and the broader Bank.
Position's main focus
To be successful in this role you will:
5. Assist with driving technology adoption, improving staff experience and working with leadership tomunicate IT's vision and strategic focus areas
6. Assist with overall ITmunications empowering people to work optimally using technology at the Bank
7. Work with various IT teams on technology rollouts, and assist business users with adopting technologies, processes and new ways of working
8. Work with the CIO and IT leadership to assist with criticalmunications ( CIO & senior leadership updates, strategicmunications, leadership presentations etc.)
9. Assist with and deliver analytical assessment and insights using relevant data
10. Apply design skills to create supporting materials for ITmunications published across multiple channels (Email, SharePoint, digital screens etc.)
11. Plan and support internal IT events ( Town Halls etc.)
12. Support operational processes of the Strategy, Transformation andernance teams as required
Your background
To be successful in this role you will possess:
13. Good people, written and oralmunication skills
14. An interest in creative design - digitalmunications and design skills including but not limited to sophisticated PowerPoint, MS Office skills and Canva design
15. Good analytical and problem-solving ability - ability to demonstrate data and insights to find opportunities for innovation and improvement
16. An interest in technology, strategy, change management andmunications
17. Be tech savvy and passionate about using technologies to reshape the modern and hybrid workplace
18. This role will suit someone with a proactive and "can do" attitude, who is passionate to assist in end to end organisational change management andmunications within IT at the Bank
