THE ROLE LK Hospitality are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team Managing multiple offerings and menus, this is an exciting chance to be part of a business with state-of-the-art interior and facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing the front of house teams by providing tools to ensure they succeed; Rostering the FOH team based on service requirements and staff availability, taking into account the varied service times and offerings; Regularly training and developing the Front of House staff customer service skills, sequence of service as well as food and beverage knowledge; Manage the bar team, ensuring the menus are cohesive and of the highest standard; Working closely with the BOH team to ensure all staff are trained across all menu offerings; Handling all guest and reviews, complaints and feedback - ensuring that the restaurants works towards improvements and providing the other supervisors with the tools to provide the best guest experience; Understanding the demands of the restaurant and then establishing chances to enhance the guest experience; Creating daily and weekly guest reports and report back to the group executive team in line with the set budgets and organizational goals; Ensure the shift is managed and controlled at all times by actively pre-empt guests needs, staff allocations and by promoting and efficient communication amongst the team; Maximise sales through briefing, sales goals and strategy, constant motivation of the team; Ensure that standards and procedures are consistently maintained in all areas of the restaurant operations; Actively promote the highest level of venue cleanliness and personal presentations in all areas of the restaurant, including back of house and service areas. $74,000 - $90,000 super depending on experience THE SKILLS REQUIRED At least 5 years experience in a similar role and proven experience managing multiple venues; Valid RSA; Background in fine dining or a similar style venue in a leadership role; Excellent communication skills with a pressure mindset; Outstanding multi-tasker, thriving in a fast paced environment; Strong food and beverage knowledge with particular attention to dietaries and allergies; Excellent presentation; Ability to multitask; Knowledge of wine, Sake and Tea.
