This is a Full-time role, on a Monday-Friday roster based in Orange, NSW, Local and DIDO applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities Ensure effective and efficient use of the ERP system to ensure all maintenance plans are to schedule and completed in a timely manner.
Manage all component change-out work orders including component issues.
Draft maintenance plans, liaise and distribute to the relevant teams for review.
Forecast monthly, 3-monthly, and annual equipment maintenance plans.
Update and communicate any changes to the schedule based on plant movements, disposals and other variables.
Manage open work orders and report on performance against monthly targets.
Assist in resolving Accounts Payable invoice discrepancies and variances.
Work closely with the workshop team on costing changes to the service, repairs, and overall maintenance.
Regularly review operations to identify areas of improvement.
Manage and account the incoming, on-site and out-going materials and equipment.
Essential Skills and AttributesBackground in Civil/Mining, Procurement, Purchasing or Warehousing.
2-3 years' experience in a Planner or Scheduler role.Mex CMMS System experience (desired not essential).Proficient Microsoft Office Suite with strong Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to interpret the parts manuals, and operations and maintenance manuals.
Sound understanding of sourcing products and financial implications.
Proven organisational skills, practices and planning ability.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating, and administering financial documents.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
