The Role Reporting to the Sales Manager – NSW & ACT, this role is responsible for autonomously driving business growth and retention for a portfolio of customers across NSW North Coast, including Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Lismore and Tamworth. Key aspects of the role include: Generating new business opportunities from a large, existing customer base; Retaining existing business by adding value to the customers through the provision of a proactive and personalised account management experience; Forming meaningful relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure a value driven approach; Attention to detail and a priority on compliance and agreed operational metrics.
