You have proven experience in Store Design Planning, strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. You are detail oriented and agile with the boutique environment. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Retail Director Oceania, you will be responsible for:
Store Planning:
* Act as a strong collaborator with landlords by maintaining a strong relationship with high real estate market awareness
* Escalate network evolution opportunities & local needs to the regional counterparts
Boutique Concepts & Projects:
* Explain and provide feedback on boutique concepts in accordance with related Maison guidelines & local requirements, certify boutiques as environmentally responsible with placing of replenishment orders for accessories / PLV in an effective budget whenever necessary
* Build the project brief and participate in the project kick-off with challenge drawings, plans, and mock-ups to ensure boutique operations optimization & client experience, source external partners responsibly for boutique delivery to perform efficient project delivery and handover (Boutique Opening Process)
Boutique Maintenance, Visual Merchandising (VM) & Zoning:
* Be the expert and reference in reporting for boutique conditions (regular boutique visits) with boutique coordination maintenance actions
* Provide feedback on VM developed by Inter, collect boutique dimensions for VM orders and monitor replenishment
* Motivate initiatives on specific boutique animations, propose local adaptations & escalate needs, recommend new ideas in zoning, guarantee VM & zoning guidelines are well implemented
