As a SPOC (Service Performance Operations Centre) Network Engineer, the role will require you to work on various customer sites to support networking infrastructure. The work will be diverse day to day covering both operational incidents and tasks.You will use your experience, knowledge of networking infrastructure, and initiative to resolve networking issues at customer sites. These skills will be needed to ensure that networking devices are configured to the highest standards to meet customer requirements.Your excellent communication skills will be needed in every aspect of your day-to-day work, such as working remotely with facilities engineers on customer sites to either resolve incidents or change existing infrastructure, updating our customers on the status of faults, and what information or assistance you need from them to resolve issues on their network.
