Your Role
As our Mission Support Field Services Representative, you will provide expert advice to the RAAF around Maintenance, Tactical Radios, Data Links and other capabilities to ensure operational readiness. As a subject matter expert, you will support 33SQN both from their Main Operating Base and on deployment. Imbedded with the mission support cell you will also:
1. Provide support and advice on how to effectively setup and operate KC30A tactical radios, Data Links (TDL) and their capabilities.
2. Maintain the fleet of MPS-U and MPS-S Laptops and ensure they are correctly configured.
3. Provide management support for information systems including the Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) and the Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS).
About You
As an experienced Technical Professional, you will have working knowledge of the Mission Support systems and the requirements around supporting these capabilities. You will also:
1. Hold a current DASA Licence (KC-30A).
2. Current Human Factors Training.
3. Be able to obtain Engineering and Release Authority.
4. A330 or KC-30A Maintenance or Flight Line experience.
