We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.About the opportunityReporting to the Executive General Manager for Retail, Brand and Marketing, you will provide top-tier administrative and proactive support with professionalism and precision.The Executive Assistant will manage a diverse range of responsibilities, including coordinating projects, preparing detailed reports, overseeing diary and travel arrangements, managing documents and correspondence, and organising meetings and events. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation and effectiveness of the Executive General Manager’s responsibilities.You’ll alsoManage the administrative functions for the EGM including diary management, meeting/conference logistics, etc.Build and establish proactive relationships and networks with people across different locations, levels, and departments including EGM EAs.Take the initiative to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on service, efficiency, and team improvement.Support the EGM in the preparation of conference presentations, EC and Board reports, and papers (including formatting to requirements and distribution in required timeframes).Establish and maintain team information (including financial), documentation, and filing systems as required.Effectively manage and prioritise competing requirements to ensure stakeholder expectations are consistently met or exceeded whilst always operating collaboratively and cooperatively.Provide advice and support the implementation and administration of office policies and procedures.Deal professionally and discretely with confidential and sensitive information/matters.About youTo excel in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcase adaptability to evolving business needs, maintain a calm and composed manner under pressure and effectively communicate while fostering strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.You’ll also needExtensive knowledge and experience in providing a full range of administration support functions to senior executives.Ability to think creatively and laterally and consistently show a positive attitude to work, problem solving and collaboration.Experience working within a customer-focused and commercial environment.Advanced organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities, planning and supporting events such as department meetings and conferences.Experience working in a demanding environment with a high attention to detail.How we’ll deliver for youJoin one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse workforces in Australia, where we’re all ages, genders and come from all walks of life.We deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day.
