I am currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Payroll Manager position based on Sydney's Lower North Shore This role will be responsible for one direct report, end-to-end Payroll processing and has a Hybrid working structure The business is an internationally recognised infrastructure business that has been operating for 50 years and has a presence in over 100 countries The Role End-to-end payroll processing for a large number of both waged and salaried employees Management of one other member of the Payroll team Serve as point of contact for other team members for training, development and mentoring Guide and support the payroll team to ensure they work effectively Administer approved changes to all payroll-related employee changes and data, Workers' Comp payments, Salary deductions, leave adjustments, tax and super variations, redundancy and termination calculation and processes, etc. Processing superannuation, Payroll tax, all leaves and entitlements Generating and sharing regular payroll reports with relevant departments and stakeholders Deliver month-end reporting Requirements: Previous experience with leadership of a payroll team Strong experience processing end to end Payroll Experience managing a Blue-Collar Payroll Exposure to complex Awards and EBAs Strong communication and stakeholder engagement A keen eye for process improvements and driving efficiencies Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, regulations, taxation and awards Benefits: Hybrid working environment - 2 days per week from home Easily accessible via train and metro links Parking on site Permanent role International business with an impressive growth trajectory If you have strong payroll management experience and you are interested in this role, please click the link to apply Due to this being a permanent position, candidates are required to have Permanent Residency or Citizenship
