Your new role
We are seeking an engaging and high-achieving Account Manager / Sales Executive to join the team in Central Queensland. In this rewarding role, you will manage and develop an existing client base while also identifying and growing new business opportunities. Reporting to the National Original Equipment Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your clients, balancing their needs with those of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you don't need years of experience in the tyre industry. Instead, we are looking for someone with proven business-to-business experience, a strong track record, excellent networking skills, and a desire to learn. Key responsibilities include:
* Adding value to products and services and becoming an expert in the field.
* Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Travelling within Regional Queensland, with a structured cycle to maintain work-life balance.
* Reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities to support strategic planning.
