Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Swinburne University.
This high-impact role will involve utilising cutting-edge sourcing techniques, targeted marketing, and proactive candidate engagement strategies to build a pipeline of top talent.
The successful candidate will have expertise in talent pooling, interview best practices, and a seamless candidate experience to ensure we secure the best leaders across all disciplines.
As a key partner to business leaders, you will work closely with departments to understand their needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and drive effective selection processes.
About You
* Demonstrated experience in senior level recruitment and selection advice and support (in-house recruitment experience is essential).
* Recruitment experience and expertise in Higher Education, including the development and execution of talent attraction strategies for academic staff.
* The ability to understand complex talent requirements and develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to address those requirements, including establishing talent pools of engaged candidates for future needs.
* High-level interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* The ability to use effective negotiation techniques to achieve outcomes.
