This includes working closely with the Program Manager, Project Manager(s) and Vendors. Lead both functional and non-functional testing activities, and overseeing a team of Test Analysts/Leads, Engineering Test Leads, and other team members.You will have the opportunity to expand your data knowledge using the latest technologies and innovations within a leading Australian Insurer.What you'll do: Provide E2E test governance across Functional and Non-Functional Test phases.Develop and implement E2E test strategies.Advocate the stakeholders on Test frameworks, emphasizing the importance of testing in delivering high-quality products and services.Collaborate with stakeholders to define test environment governance process, test data, and non-production environment availability, considering different testing types (e.g., functional, regression, non-functional, production verification testing).Support automation requests by securing funding/approval from the Tribe/program and work closely with the Engineering Chapter for resources to support the automation.Maintain thorough documentation of test strategy, test plans, test cases, test results, requirement traceability matrix and other testing artefacts.Co-ordinate, coach and support team members in all aspects Test phases including System Testing, System Integration Testing, Business Acceptance Testing, Production Verification Testing (PVT), Business Regression Testing (BRT).Provide status reporting to the Program Manager.About you: Minimum 5 years of previous Test Management experience in large scale project setting; Data exposure is an added advantage.3+ years working in an Agile environment.Strong Vendor management and reporting experience.Advanced stakeholder engagement skills (at senior level) combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work in a flexible environment and be adaptable to change.Certifications:ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Certification (CTFL) - mandatory.Agile Fundamentals - ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or similar - mandatory.What we can offer you: Discounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance products.Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave.Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council.About Suncorp: We're proud to be a part of the Suncorp family alongside some of Australia's most trusted and diverse names in insurance.
