Office Administrator - fixed term 12 month contract allcare is one of the leading in-home aged care service providers in the Illawarra. This 12-month fixed-term contract for the role of Administration Officer plays an essential part in delivering on allcare's mission by: Receiving and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails in a timely manner; Triaging and resolving queries received from clients, support teams and our employees as one of our first points of contact with the business; General administration duties such as data entry, coordinating mail, document management, and record keeping; Assisting in coordinating and running events for our clients, supporting the team to deliver a great experience; Supporting office and frontline service delivery staff as required; Supporting the rosters with cancellations and transportation appointments. To be successful in this role you will: Have a passion for making a difference to people living in their own home; Have a professional phone manner and an ability to empathise with our clients; Have strong customer service and communication (written and verbal) skills; Have well-developed digital and computer literacy skills (including experience with client databases, and Google Suite); Be able to problem solve quickly as well as triage calls and emails to direct these to the appropriate team members; Be organised and efficient with an ability to handle multiple tasks effectively; Be motivated by working in a team environment that has a focus on doing whatever it takes to deliver great experiences for our clients; Have a positive and can-do attitude; Experience in a similar contact centre role within aged care or community services would be an advantage.
