Clinical Nurse Specialist in Stoma and Wound Care
Grafton and Maclean Hospitals are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care to patients with non-healing wounds.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide a clinic-based service to support patients with hard-to-heal wounds, actively participate in pressure injury prevention initiatives, and provide staff education on wound management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with non-healing wounds
