The Opportunity:

About You:
* You are an experienced industrial/employee relations lawyer/professional
* You are experienced in employment regulatory and compliance activities including Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Payroll compliance
* You have the ability to review employment compliance frameworks, identify compliance risks and complexity in systems and processes (addressable and un-addressable)
* You have the ability to develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation, process improvement and simplification and to support adherence to employment regulatory obligations
* You have the ability to develop and implement employment compliance auditing and reporting frameworks
* You have the ability to promote business understanding of legal rights and obligations and a culture of compliance
* You have the ability to contribute to other key enterprise programs and initiatives as required, including extended workforce compliance
* You have the ability to be a doer and are confident being on the tools
* You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
* You have a minimum of 8 years' experience
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
* You have a current practising certificate
* You have the right to live and work in Australia
