As the sole HR leader, you will take full ownership of this role while being supported by a passionate management team. Key Responsibilities: Culture Development: Lead initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Develop and implement programs that promote employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement. Champion our core values, ensuring they are reflected in every aspect of our work environment. Employee Engagement: Design and execute strategies to enhance employee morale and retention. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and drive improvements. Lead initiatives to recognise and reward outstanding performance. HR Operations: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. Ensure smooth and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage the full employment lifecycle, from recruitment to off-boarding. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with team leaders to identify staffing needs and attract top talent. Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with our growth objectives. Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly with our culture. Learning and Development: Identify and address training needs across the organisation. Support career development by providing opportunities for professional growth. Ensure all staff have the resources and training needed to excel in their roles. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Manage HR-related risks by maintaining accurate records and implementing best practices. Lead efforts to create a safe and healthy work environment, including managing workplace health and safety programs. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role, preferably within healthcare or allied health. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance in Australia. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
