Apply now Job no: 501998Work type: Part timeLocation: Gold CoastCategories: Food & Beverage / KitchenEXPRESSION OF INTERESTTEAM LEADER$27.19 p/h (Theme Parks) • $29.25 p/h (Paradise Country) The Opportunity:In this role you will manage, coordinate and oversee your F&B team.You will promote a positive work environment, ensure exceptional guest service standards are delivered, address guest complaints and feedback as well as train and mentor your team.Your day to day:Coordinate the operational responsibilities of running our outlets through the management of staffing levels, stock levels and correct outlet equipment.Mentor and develop your Seniors and frontline staff through effective training and performance reviews.Ensure your team are following the correct processes and procedures and providing top quality service during their shift.Manage cash registers and monitor cash handling procedures.Apply and monitor food safety procedures and ensure your team display a high standard of cleanliness in the work area.Ensure your work environment is well presented at all times, including displays, signage and front of house areas.Report any issues that may affect outlet operation immediately to your supervisor. What you'll bring to the role:Effective communication, delegation and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Comprehensive knowledge of cash handling and POS skills.Food safety and SAP knowledge.Availability to work on any day including weekends and at other VRTP properties as required.
