Located inArundel Queensland, this position is ideal for an experienced Factory Manager who wants to take their career to the next level.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in manufacturing/production management. They should possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire our team to achieve our goals and maintain our high standards of quality.Responsibilities include managing all aspects of our operations, fromSchedulingtoTemplatingtoProductionandInstallation. You will work closely with our Sales and Administration Teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and you will be responsible for our Fabrication Team to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.Salary Negotiable dependent on experience.
