The Far North Local Service Area (LSA) business andadministration service encompasses a large number of key functionsto assist in the management of the LSA while ensuring efficient andeffective use of LSA policing resources. This includes managementof finance, facilities, records, assets, personnel, rosters, annualleave and absences. The Administration Manager is accountable tothe Officer in Charge, LSA and works under broad direction for theprovision of a range of business and administrative services toensure the delivery of effective and efficient operations across abroad geographical span within the LSA.
The Administration Manager is responsible for managing theadministrative services staff across multiple locations within theLSA and contributes to the successful operation of the LSA byproviding an advisory and consultancy service on issues related tothe strategic management of business and administrativeactivities.

1. The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
2. The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
3. Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
4. The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage (performance management) program.
Salary ASO6 - $97,022 -$102,626 per annum.
