Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands. You will be responsible for leading, managing and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic, particularly in the absence of the Practice Manager.DUTIESThe responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Coordination of the clinic operations Effective team supervision of administration staff Assistance of human resource functions including recruitment, inductions and performance management Promoting and embedding a high level standard of customer service delivery Reception and general administration duties Processing medical bookings Results management Conducting preliminary medical assessments Administering health questionnaires Invoicing Candidate RequirementsYou will have relevant experience in supervising staff, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
