Protech SA are looking for Asphalt Crew Members to work with our client across various Adelaide suburbs on local projects. ABOUT THE ROLE: Immediate start availableCasual positions with potential for ongoing workFlexible hours with a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts to meet project needsCompetitive hourly rates ranging from $34 to $39 (depending on experience and tickets), plus penalties and allowances.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work hands-on in asphalt laying, including assisting with machinery operation within the asphalt crewUphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organised work environmentDeliver quality work with a strong attention to detail, following team guidance to complete each task to the highest standardPositively contribute to a team-oriented work environmentTICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Construction White Card (mandatory)Driver's license & reliable transport (truck license preferred but not essential)Additional tickets advantageous but not essential (e.g., Roller, Excavator, Grader, Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Backhoe).Any experience in construction, road work, or manual labour (preferred but not required)Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditionsPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to learning and safety This role is perfect if you're ready to bring energy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn into a growing field.
