Wests Cardiff is currently seeking a casual experienced Cook to join the team. Our catering team works across our Bistro operations and T-Bones Restaurant. The T-Bones menu is packed with spicy South American choices, including ribs, steaks, chicken, and Mexican inspired dishes. Our Bistro menu has all our club favourites with weekly specials that give you variety.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure prep sheets are completed
2. Preparation of high-quality food during service
3. Assist other sections when required
4. Cleaning of work areas
5. Assist with the set-up and close down of service
6. Ensure food is stored to hygiene standards
7. Ensure appropriate disposal of waste
This position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends, and good availability through the week is a must.
Requirements

About You
We are seeking an energetic team player with a passion for food and good service. You pride yourself on presentation & consistency. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen, strong cooking skills with trade qualifications, will be highly desirable. You will be available to work nights, weekends and be flexible to assist with all catering operations across the site.
