Who will be responsible for assigned component projects whilst maintaining open lines of communication with their Leading Hand, Project and Planning Teams. Your day-to-day will involve:Ensuring maintenance performed on assigned component is carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures and Civil Aviation Regulations.Providing detailed communication to Operations Manager, Project and Planning Teams on time to assist with progress updates with customers.Contribute to improvements in the team performance.Evidence of NDT training hours as per EN4179/NAS410 (Level 2 LPI, MPI & ECI)NDT work experience log, detailing the required work experience hours as per EN4179/NAS410 (Level 2 LPI, MPI & ECI)As the AME NDT specialist for Landing Gear, Wheels & Brakes, you will work as part of a team and should ideally possess the following qualifications, skills and experience: Certificate IV in Aeroskills or higher (or equivalent trade qualification).Demonstrated understanding or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Aviation regulatory requirements.Demonstrated experience in the non-destructive inspection field to Level 2 Standard is essential in: Magnetic Particle inspectionEddy Current inspectionPenetrant InspectionConduct NDT inspections on aircraft components.Ensuring all maintenance tasks carried out are IAW the applicable Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and certified in the maintenance documentation.Strong communication skills, with experience in a fast-paced customer focused work environment with multiple priorities and project deadlines.Intermediate level PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite.Aircraft Component Maintenance experience. Wheels, Brakes, Landing Gears, Mechanical Components.
