The Position
1. Plan, coordinate and monitor functions and events across the campus ensuring seamless function delivery
2. Maintain effective customer and client relationships
3. Preparing function sheets for the kitchen and quoting for the clients.
4. Maintain focus on Food and People safety
5. Plan, facilitate and oversee logistics- from first contact and setup to function execution and breakdown
The Person
6. Current or previous experience in function coordination / F&B supervisory or similar
7. You are passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service
8. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent written & verbal communication skills
9. Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
10. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, as required by event schedules
** A current Blue Card and RSA or ability to obtain is a requirement of this role
