Disability Support Workers - Albury

About you
You are an experienced Disability Support Worker who thrives on a challenge and celebrates the little things. Experienced with behavioural support plans and complex disability care you are passionate about providing a high quality of care. You are proficient in English reading and writting and can build fast rapport with multiple clients. Celebrating the little wins comes naturally to you and you are passionate with assisting other to make those small improvements to reach their goals.
About the role
Working within a high care house (including complex behaviours) you will provide the highest standard of care to individuals with disabilities.
No two days are the same! As a Disability Support Worker you will provide person-centred care to support our complex clients with various aspects of their daily living.
You might provide personal care or help with medication, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, you’ll be supporting clients to achieve goals that matter to them. We are looking for employees who enjoy a varied workplace and want to grow and build a valuable skillset.

Additional requirements
· Hold a valid NDIS check, CPR and First Aid Certificate
· Fully COVID vaccinated
· Right to work in Australia
· Relevant qualifications are favourable, but we will train the right candidate within house.
