We are seeking a talented individual to join our BRIC(HONAN) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio across Construction and Builders Warranty, ensuring exceptional service and support for our clients.
We will count on you to:
* Manage Client Portfolio: Service and maintain a small portfolio of clients, providing front-line client service for those accounts.
* Act as Client Interface: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the organization, ensuring an optimal level of service is consistently delivered.
* Assess Client Needs: Work closely with new and existing clients to determine their current and future needs.
* Propose Solutions: Recommend suitable products, services, and upgrades to clients to maintain and grow revenue.
* Monitor Service Delivery: Oversee service delivery across new business quoting, renewals, and claims, ensuring client and underwriter expectations are met.
* Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, fostering strong relationships.
What you need to have:
* RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance or ANZIIF certification
* 2 years of industry experience
* Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
* Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication
