A Customer Service Manager position has become available in our Brisbane Branch based in Park Ridge. This role is responsible for dealing with and managing our major accounts and supporting our sales team.
The Role
The position of Customer Service Manager will include, but is not limited to, the following:
* Ensure that effective sales strategies are in place across the Sales Team.
* In conjunction with senior management, develop and recommend strategic marketing and selling strategies and policies for products with the aim of achieving company budgets and goals for sales growth, without compromising profit margins.
* Manage the implementation and pursuit of approved strategies and projects to retain and grow the business.
* Proactively manage major and National accounts.
* Identify new markets and sales opportunities for new and existing products.
* Ensure that Company products are consistently and effectively marketed.
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the business by proactively seeking new opportunities and markets relevant to the location.
The Candidate
To be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:
* 4+ years of senior management experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
* Excellent Communication Skills, including an ability to focus on influencing and engaging key industry stakeholders and clients.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals with an incentive-based reward system.
