Deep experience and capability with a genuine care about creating better lives for people along the way.Be part of the team that's up for the challenge of transforming lives for good.About the RoleAs the Safety Advisor on the iconic Waterfront project, you will provide support, coordination and advice of HSE practices, systems and procedures.Responsibilities of the role include;Ensure the safety of any subordinates and ensure their compliance with establishing safety policies, procedures and practicesAnalyse safety problems and recommend solutions to the HSEQ ManagerConduct routine and regular HSE inspections, monitoring and analysis of work areasConduct investigations of site accidents and incidents that may require litigationCreate, evaluate and administer safety programs for all employeesWhat we are looking for;Diploma Safety in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalentCert IV in Environmental ManagementPrior experience in a Safety Advisor role within the Construction industryExperience in supporting stakeholder groups and teams within area of responsibility such communicating with frontline employees and first line managersAbility to interpret project related documents, preparing reports and monitoring compliance documentationQuantitative and qualitative risk assessment and development skills as well as monitoring of risk controls and actions involved in delivery and implementation of projectsAs part of the team, you can help us transform lives.Your success is reflected in ours, so we're committed to being an employer of choice.
