Established and successful builder/developerReport to the National Sales and Marketing ManagerCentral GC locationOur well known and highly respected client requires an experienced Senior Sales Administrator to provide exceptional and timely administration support to a well established team.Key aspects of the role include:Preparing reports, sales packs and marketing materialCreating and sharing key sales information with external referrers, keeping them current and engagedWorking closely with BDMs to streamline stock distributionStaying abreast of market shifts and sharing lead opportunities and land releases with managementData management - keeping up to date, accurate recordsProving support to contracts department regarding finance and settlement extension informationMonitoring claims and project progress, providing real time updates on outstanding and upcoming issuesNew team member trainingCo-ordinating interdepartmental meetingsOur ideal applicant will have a proven track record in real estate or property development/construction, and strong customer service skills. You should be a highly effective communicator, who is able to build and maintain rapport easily. Your time management skills and ability to work autonomously should be your biggest strengths. Prociency in MS Office is a must, as is your ability to problem solve and find solutions. A high attention to detail in documentation and correspondence is non negotiable.
