“Having worked for Silverchain for 15 year, there has been many changes, but the company values have never changed. SC values provide support for their clients and their staff. As a Therapy Assistant I am supported by a Physiotherapist but independently work with clients to achieve the best outcome to keep them moving safely, strongly and in their homes. Clients can be on a package, with ongoing therapy support or hospital discharge clients with shorter more specific programs for rehabilitation, the variety helps to keep the job interesting, and the clients are very thankful, and the result of our input is rewarding.
I enjoy the comradeship between TAs and PTs as Silverchain has a culture that encourages support of each other and clients”
