Workplace Matters 6 month contract with potential extension Hybrid or remote working
Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to undertake workplace investigations. This includes complaints, grievances and disciplinary matters, internal reviews, external agency inquiries, performance management issues, and Public Interest Disclosures.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Probity and Standards, the role will undertake case management of complex workplace complaints and disciplinary matters. You will also conduct disciplinary or other investigations as well as inquiries into complaints or reviews. You will provide reports and recommendations for consideration and advise and recommend courses of action with respect to the conduct of investigations or management of complaint matters. To facilitate local resolution of interpersonal issues and workplace conflicts you will also have the opportunity to design education materials while assisting with the provision of professional support and training and advice to managers and those involved in complaints or disciplinary processes.
Suitable candidates will have formal qualifications in relation to management and conduct of investigations or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in workplace disciplinary matters or other investigatory matters plus experience in report writing and recommendations is required. You will have strong administrative and systems skills and be an effective communicator both orally and in writing. Good judgement, organisation and research skills are required. Hybrid or remote working will be considered.
