This committed service welcomes a Clinical Manager to join their growing, collaborative and passionate team of therapists. In your role, you will aim to see your team thrive in terms of work satisfaction, connection, engagement, and clinical practice. Support will be provided to you by a wider management team and their dedicated directors. Guide your team within a well-resourced, and centrally located Townsville clinic.
Duties:
* Leadership of a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists / PBS staff and Allied Health Assistants.
* Staff engagement and role satisfaction
* Participate and initiate Community engagement projects and attend relevant events
* Recruitment and induction of onboarding therapists
* Clinical caseload within your discipline – this can be reduced over time
* Quality assurance and performance management
* Participation in business development and collaboration with other managers.
Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualifications in either Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Psychology with relevant board membership – AHPRA or SPA.
* Strong clinical background, ideally within the disability sector
* Leadership experience within the workplace
* Excellent communication skills and a desire to join and collaborate with a team
* Drivers licence and car
