Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager located in the Heart of Australia.
Job Description
* Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar and functions.
* Responsible for the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* Completing monthly beverage stock take
* Mentoring and Managing staff.
About the Restaurant:
* A busy environment catering to Guests and external reservations.
* We have 3 Function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast buffet, ala carte lunch and ala carte dinner.
* 1 main bar open 7 days a week
Qualifications
* A natural leader who is able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a motivated team.
* Ability to be innovative and creative to bringing ideas to life!
* A true passion for Food and Beverage with a drive to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
