The Role As the Associate Mechanical Engineer and Discipline Lead, you’ll be a pivotal part of the team, responsible for: Team Leadership: Guiding a multidisciplinary team of engineers in close collaboration with architects, builders, and project managers. Mentorship & Development: Growing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing Mechanical team. Business Development: Partnering with the director to drive client engagement, marketing, and new business opportunities.
