Requirements for the Role:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current First Aid certification, including Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
* Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Familiarity with KindyHub (advantageous)
* Strong experience in written documentation and planning related to children's learning and development
Position Objectives:
* Contribute to the planning and implementation of a holistic education program for children from birth to six years old.
* Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and early childhood professionals to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.
* Support children's learning and development.
* Assist the Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) and team in executing the kindergarten program and developing learning opportunities for 3-year-olds.
* Work well within a team.
* Support children and families from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current VIC Working with Children Check
