Job Title: Senior Manager - Tech Hub
Location: All AU location - Hybrid/Full time
Contract: 12 months max term contract

We're looking for a leader to take our team to the next level, acting as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.

As an expert in advanced business analysis skills, you'll lead a team working on complex projects, gathering and analysing business requirements to ensure successful project delivery. In our Tech Hub team, you'll also:
Mentor the business analysis team.Define and standardise business analysis processes & framework.Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.Lead analysis and research (e.g. systems, capabilities etc.).Define and analyse process models and workflows.Design and conduct user acceptance testing.Establish & maintain consistency and delivery excellence.Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are understood.Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis.Align with project managers in project planning and execution.Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Critical Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Proficient in process modeling and workflows.Proficient with requirement elicitation.Proficiency in 'Agile' delivery framework.Expert facilitation and workshop skills.Stakeholder management.Understanding of data lifecycle management policies and controls.Experience in driving the implementation of data lifecycle management solutions from data collection to retain/delete in Microsoft environment.Knowledge and application of data security controls in Microsoft environment.A seasoned expert who can lead the delivery of results through others.Ability to solve complex business problems with minimal guidance.A Team Leader who leads individual contributors and/or medium-sized operational teams (team size of 5-20+ people).Ability to lead large projects with broad impact.Ability to influence others to support long-term strategic objectives.Ability to manage a budget and monitor spend for your area.Key Personal Attributes: Curiosity: A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.Collaboration: Suited to work in a collaborative culture with a diverse team.Challenge: Capability to question and challenge ideas constructively.Value Driven: Commitment to ethical principles and organisational values.Meticulous: Attention to detail.Advanced analytical skills to understand and interpret business processes.It's time to move forward.
