About Us Rossdale Homes is an award-winning builder with 44 years of building experience mainly in the residential market. Additionally, we also develop niche land development projects and build commercial and integrated medium density housing projects. With strong financial credentials and access to funding from both private investors and banks, we purchase and develop land parcels to create projects for our residential market, or work with clients on a contract building basis. About the Position Depending upon the successful candidate, you may be responsible forProviding customer service to clients in the form of written and verbal communication as required to assist clients' homes through the preconstruction and construction phases.Liaising with clients, sales consultants, construction supervisors, councils, and suppliers.Maintaining client files, including ordering, processing, coordinating and filing of each phase of the preconstruction process.Keeping your assigned sales consultants informed as to the status and any issues with the processing of client files.
