Based in Darwin or Sydney, this full-time, 12-month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of leading technology solutions and engage with businesses across the Paspaley Group.What You’ll Do:Engage with business leaders to capture and prioritize technology demands, coordinating project pipelines and resources.Manage the implementation of several applications including an Employee Engagement platform, BI/AI solutions (Fabric), Enterprise Asset Management solution (Hexagon) and CX/eCommerce solutions.Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and budget control.Develop project plans, lead cross-functional teams, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while adopting an agile approach.Provide regular updates to stakeholders, manage changes, and ensure that project deliverables meet all quality standards.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies.Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar.Familiarity with solutions across Employee Engagement, BI/AI, Enterprise Asset Management (preferably Hexagon) and ERP systems.Experience in retail, farming, or engineering processes is of advantage.A Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, science, management, or a related field, with qualifications in Project Management (PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) and Incident/Problem/Change Management (ITIL, TQM, Six Sigma).Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive successful project outcomes.Next StepsIf you are looking for an attractive project management opportunity in Darwin or Sydney, then we encourage you to apply.
