The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and high performance within the organisation.What you will do:Engage the organisation in setting long-term vision and strategic directionLead the development and application of contemporary PMO and Corporate Governance principlesUtilise data analysis and performance metrics to deliver public good and support continuous improvementSupport the Elected Body to govern well and make good decisions for current and future generationsEnsure that Council's Strategic Management Framework is integrated and well understood by the organisationEstablish positive relationships with the Elected Body and Audit & Risk CommitteeAs the Manager of Strategy and Performance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. You will lead your team in delivering strategic planning, service reviews, risk management, governance, and data-led insights. Your ability to establish positive relationships with key stakeholders will ensure transparent decision-making processes that align with the city's vision.
