Agribusiness Relationship Associate
Help enable prosperity and sustainability in regional Australian communities by supporting our frontline Agribusiness Relationship Managers.
About the Role
This dynamic and high-impact role requires you to build relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders alike, acting as a critical conduit between the front line and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Agribusiness Relationship Manager team and their customer portfolio, giving you exposure to our large and more complex customers.
* Deepen existing customer relationships through understanding our customers' needs and providing relevant solutions across all Agribusiness product suites.
* Onboard new customers, obtain all necessary information and documentation, complete the application form and look after all ongoing portfolio maintenance.
* Build strong relationships with our customers via phone and email, as well as having the opportunity to join in on customer visits - in line with our customer value proposition to make business personal.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Knowledge or qualifications in agribusiness, finance or a related discipline.
* Ideal experience in or solid knowledge of agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
* Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
* Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions and agribusiness products would be beneficial.
* The ability to proactively support your dedicated Bankers in thinking outside the square to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
