o Strong track record working in agile and multi-disciplinary teams.
o Human Centred Design approach to service delivery.
o The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
o Influencing and guiding decisions with senior stakeholders.
o Excellent knowledge and experience in creating quality visual materials, like journey maps, user scenarios and concepts.
o Exceptional ability in prototyping concepts to test hypotheses.
o Strong understanding of the social and digital context for transformation.
o Collaborative team player.
o Excellent communicator in both written and verbal form.
