As our new Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth, profitability, and market share in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.
We're looking for a natural leader with a proven track record in sales & commercial management, someone who can mentor and develop top talent while also having a keen eye for market trends and financial management.
Your ability to analyse data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable plans will be crucial in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES * Contribute to the development of Sales and KAP strategies and regional/national sales targets.
* Drive commercial engagement with private and public accounts.
* Translate the national marketing & sales plans into regional plans and share these with Sales Representatives to align their plans with accounts.
* Allocate resources according to account segmentation and targeting * Increase unit growth, profitability and market share for existing and potential customers.
* Coach and mentor Sales Representatives in the development of their account plans and support them with KAP as appropriate to achieve account objectives * Conduct regular Account Reviews to track Sales Consultant progress against account/project plan milestones, actions and targets * Develop key KOL relationships within state * An integral member of the Wound Closure leadership team ABOUT YOU * Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (preferred) * 6 years of external sales management experience with demonstrated results * Strong track record of exceeding performance targets * Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams * Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities * Excellent communication and relationship building skills COMPANY CULTURE * Competitive remuneration package.
