An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of full-time Sales Manager at our Toowoomba branch.
About the Role:
This position reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for managing and growing sales and pricing margins, controlling the costs of Sales operations, and managing the sales team within Toowoomba.
Duties:
* Plan and implement strategies to achieve the sales team's KPIs and budgets
* Develop strategies to increase the customer base and level of customer penetration/engagement
* Create and maintain customer pricing and margins
* Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
* Develop pricing strategies to gain new customers
* Monitor all Account Manager's performance to expectations of job function, counselling and disciplining when necessary
Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate and work alongside others
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficient organisation and managerial skills
* Aptitude for working with computers, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
* Professional personal presentation
